Essential Requirements for Provisional Registration

1. Applications must be submitted online only.
2. Applicants must upload the required documents.
3. An official letter from the Ayurved College indicating the start and end dates of the internship must be uploaded.
4. Passport-size photograph and signature must be uploaded in JPG format.
5. The prescribed fee of ₹3000 must be paid online only.

Note:
After submitting the online application, there is no need to visit the office. Once the application is approved by the office and payment is completed, the Provisional Registration Certificate can be downloaded from the applicant's user login.
