Essential Requirements for Addition of qualification

1. Applications must be submitted online only
2. Additional degree certificate in original with two copies (Qualification should be included in II, III& IV schedule of IMCC Act 1970 & NCISM Act 2020)
3. Prescribed Fees of ₹3000 must be paid online only.
4. Download application form and visit this office with original degree certificate and marksheet.
5. Two recent passport size photographs.
